Account Executive (Castle Rock Magazine)

Description:  Waid Publishing, an innovator in community magazine publishing, is looking for a talented Account Executive in Magazine Sales for Castle Rock Magazine.  

Duties:  Account Management, Advertising Sales, Activity Reports, Customer Relations, New Business Development

Location:  This position allows "work-from-home" and telecommuting.  Bi-weekly sales meetings at our Parker office are required.  Our office is a family friendly environment and children are welcome during staff meetings.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong communications skills and understand relationship selling.  He/She must be able to manage goals with large amounts of unsupervised time.  A "self starting" attitude is a must.  Local vehicle travel in the Castle Rock area is required.  Bi-weekly meetings at our Parker office are required.  Previous magazine sales experience not necessary.  Must have a winning personality and positive attitude.

Compensation:  Straight Commission plus performance bonuses.
